Context and team

Creators were managing content, messaging and earnings across several products and interfaces. Mainhub centralised all of it. I was the lead designer on the dashboard, working with Aylo's Canadian team: a product owner, a business analyst and the engineering team, in direct discussion with the stakeholders.

My remit

Information architecture, interaction models and UI for the dashboard: earnings and engagement data visualisation, content and pricing management, messaging and notifications. Involved from requirements gathering with the Canadian stakeholders, shaping the soft requirements around what creators needed to see first. High-fidelity prototypes and usability testing. Contributions to the shared creator-tools design system.

One decision: one hierarchy for dense data

A dashboard handling analytics and financial data across multiple products can become a wall of tables. I set a fixed hierarchy on every screen: earnings first (the number creators act on), engagement second, operational tools third. Charts were designed around the questions creators actually ask ("what earned this week and from which product") with full tables one click below rather than on the surface.

Result

A single interface replaced the fragmented workflow across products.
